EDC Problems

My Ryzen 2600 is running at EDC 90 - 99% when Idle or wathcing a video or not doing anything (I have applied Ryzen Blanced and changed the Minimum setting of power management at 5%). I noticed something weird on Ryzen Master. I have not overclocked but hte voltage is all over the place. It goes from 1.24 to 1.2356 ,1.225 , 1,114 and other numbers and I wanted to ask if that is the problem. I have also OCed the memory from 3000 to 3200 MHz. Does anybody know what is my problem??

If your performance is normal, ignore it. Voltage shift is normal with modern CPUs since the clockspeed constantly changes based on load.

Are you saying that you changed Minimum Processor State to 5%?

Yeah my performance is the same I dont have a problem while playing games and everything seems fine so I should not be worried? Sometimes a core or 2 stay 3900Mhz constantly

Yes I even checked it today. Reseted the parameters and then changed it back to 5%
