AC4 dropping to 40 fps?

sorry, maximum with MSAAx4 and basically everywhere.

That sounds like horrible optimization

it's terribly optimized so don't expect much. turn god rays down one and shadows down one though, that helps a bunch

It is I get like 30-40 max on a 780.

There were many complains on AC4 at launch for the very poor optimization, I think this is probably related to it.

God rays really have optimization issues. Turn them to low
