Can't boot after AMD driver update

Hi guys, I'm using Dell Latitude E6540 which has Intel HD 4600 and AMD HD8790 graphics.

I went to amd page and downloaded driver suite, installed it and laptop froze. 

I restarted laptop using power button, it boots to login screen and freezes.

I went to safe mode, deinstalled drivers using ddu and then tried installing them, no luck, i then tried using ddu and just restarting, that gets me to normal boot but as soon as windows installs drivers laptop freezes again..

 

Help? Please?

I can not remember the exact procedure you need to do but you need to install the previous version of the drivers.
