Am I bottenecking?

What should I upgrade or do I not need to upgrade? I play Doom, Civ 6, LoL, the Witcher 3, COD etc. Thoughts?  

My current setup is as follows :

You might wanna overclock that cpu a little, but your config is rock solid other than that, if you need any help feel free to ask me

How would I go about overclocking the cpu? In Doom 2016, Im experiencing the CPU lag behind a little while the GPU is fine.
