A question about case fans

Hello! a dumb question about a fan I just purchased, can I mount it in another spot? Can I take it out of its current spot, and place it in another spot? I'm wondering because the screws cut into the plastic of the fan, and I'm not sure if that allows me to remount it again, and I'm hoping it's not a permanent placement, any help?

Sure, you can remount them many times, just make sure you keep those screws centered to avoid widening the hole.
