Ryzen 3700x on B450m Bazooka v1

Hey everyone, i would like to upgrade my CPU from Ryzen 3 2200g to Ryzen 7 3700x and i have a question. 

Is B450M Bazooka V1 motherboard okay for Ryzen 7 3700x to overclock it up to 4,4 GHz? If it isn't, is it okay for stock frequency?

No most likely not, even at stock speed it might be overwhelming for that board but it's difficult to say because there's not much concrete info on that board.
