My computer keeps crashing.

For whatever reason my computer keeps crashing sometimes multiple times a day but not less once every 3 days. They are all either whea uncorrectable errors, irql not less or equal, and system thread exeption not handled. Does anyone know how to fix this?

9900kf

2070s

32gb ram

coolermaster 360mm aio

z390 msi gaming edge ac

2tb segate barricuda hdd

512gb kington a2000 nvme ssd

600 watt 80+ gold thermaltake psu

okay start the computer get into the bios it will say the version. then compare that to the latest. if it is old update it
