lightning z problems

Okay so the card was working normally and all of a sudden started crashing and now i am stuck with it not going over 1350 mhz and the memory speed is all over the place can someone help i hav eno idea what is wrong i am wiling to open it up or do a bios flash but i would need like a bios flash tutorial from someone or team viewer is an option please help.
