Error 0xc000000f

im not a pro so i dont know some terms. 
 

I searched on youtube on how to fix it. Ive done the bootable usb. Done some commands but when I typed in the cmd “attrib c:\boot\bcd -h -r -s  it says “path not found - C:\boot. Now then I searched how to fix it in yt in order to continue. I found a video that did the disk part the partition things, and then when I leave diskpart, I typed bcdboot c:\windows it said failure when attempting to copy boot files. Please help. :(
