So, key events so far:

1) some site/download might have managed to bypass my antivirus, and I woke up with literally no OS anymore

2) windows was reinstalled, I restarted it to finish some installs (AMD Radeon Software and others), and then I get hit with a "An operating system wasnt found"

3) I try re reinstalling windows, and now my USB isnt read. I cannot START my USB. I formated my HDD and SSD. I am worried that the virus somehow infected my USB Stick aswell and I dont want to infect my Laptop too to see if my usb just doesnt have the windows installer on it anymore.

Soo. Please. Im desperate. I need help

Alright, right before posting. It is as far as I got. I switched my Hdd and Ssd cables between eachother and now I see both of them and my usb stick, somtimes I see it doubled. It went on to install my windows after which it went sicko mode. It required a restart to continue. It then loaded the Windows logo and didnt load anything else. I gave up and my older brother took over. He tried the same thing as me (tried booting up the windows instalation, kept getting the screen frozen on the logo). It went to a cyan-purple looking screen and is now writing stuff în console, following a youtube guide. Will update tomorrow if this long guide fails me

Pic is showing first error, where it all began

Throw the HDD and The SSD away if you have them both infected by the virus and PLEASE get a New USB stick from what ive heard some viruses can stay inside of the USBs flash memory and Until you put it in the Computer it Infects the computer and is unable to format itself.

This is bad advice.

Drives and memsticks can be cleaned and saved.

@Florren

If you are able to, use another pc and use a VM to access the drives and wiped them. Do the same with the memstick.

After this reinstall the drives to your machine and rebuild your system.

This all looks to me more like bios bad settings, not virus of any kind. Modern viruses needs working os in most cases. Viruses that destroys operating system was ancient history. Sure, boot may be corrupted, but no bootable device? Small chances.
