I dont use Instagram so my help will be limited. Not saving your backup codes will make this more difficult, there is a reason they tell you keep and save a copy of those codes. (I am not rubbing this in, just lesson learned for you)

 

You can contact the Instagram folks and have them send you a reset email or send you a one-time code via your phone number. Setting up 2fa is good but always have a secondary method available for account recovery.

Hopefully you can get your accounts reset through the emails or something.

 

I learned the hard way as well.

 

I have since switched the Authy, it does allow for days back ups and ties it to your phone number.

Phone 1 (Daily Driver): Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 5G
