Micro Freeze while playing COD Warzone

Hi everyone, while playing COD Warzone there are matches where I experience microfreezes every like 5 seconds, the freezes lasts for no more than half a second. But they make the game very annoying.

 

This happens just on some matches, I restart the game and I can go though 10-15 matchets with no problem, and then randomly on the middle of a match, the freezing starts.

 

I opened the monitor to check what was going on, and I can see that when the micro freezes occur, the GPU has downward spikes. I have the latest GPU driver and it is not overheating (CPU and GPU hit max 80 and 75 respectively).

 

Any ideas on what to do?

My specs:

 

MOBO: Gaming Plus B450

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x

CPU Cooler: Hyper 212

GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 5700XT

Monitor: Asus mg28qr

Case: Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5 (3 intake 1 exhuast)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x8 @3000Mhz

SSD1 (OS): Samsung EVO 500GB

SSD2: Kingstone SSDnow 120GB

HDD1: WD 3TB green

PSU: Corsair RM650x

use hwinfo64 and aida64 or superportion to measure temps and usage. Do you have only one 16gb stock or 2x8gb sticks?

If you have only 1x16gb sick that might be the problem.

If you have 2x8gb make sure there is one slot between the rams

Says there two sticks in the pic. 
Check per core usage. Mw tends to be staggered but given how the gpu usage isn’t going to 100, there’s an issue. Are you streaming or something?

Is the game on the hdd or the os drive?

I was using MSI Afterburner and showed no alert. But I´ll go ahead and use on of the ones you mentioned to be sure.

 

Yeah, I have 2 modules and there is one slot in between!

Not streaming, and the game is instaled on my OS drive, which is a fast SSD.

 

I´ll check each core´s usage to be sure and I´ll post back.

I checked everything, temps and usage are normal.

 

I really can´t explain how this can happen.
