I have no idea if I’m doing this right, I’m using 3dmark fire strike on loop to check stability. I have a 1660ti(the gigabyte oc one) I’ve gotten +120 on the core and +1500 on memory. This seems very high and I’m wondering if I’m damaging my gpu or if this isn’t stable. So far no crashes or artifacting that I can see during testing.

GPus now adays wont die from this. As long as it doesn't crash or artifact (random glitchy spots) then its good. Stability can vary tho from game to game and program to program.

NOTE crashing and artifacting wont generally hurt the card at all but it means you need to dial one of the clocks down.

That’s what I though but I’m just wondering isn’t this a high overclock for a 1660ti

High doesn't mean bad it means good. You got a good card. Now if that's high I have no idea. I got a really good memory overclock on my old gpu but a terrible on one my 1070ti (a card where it would actually help lol). Each card is different and even if you max the voltage you can't harm the card as its all locked down well before any point of damage. As long as you pull back the overclock if it crashes or artifacts you'll be fine.
