Touch something made of metal, preferably something that is grounded, e.g. your computer's metal case when it is plugged in.

I've never really had issues with static electricity while working on my computer. It can be an issue if you're in a dry environment and you have e.g. carpets. If you're worried, the best option is an anti-static wrist wrap. Alternatively you can touch the case every now and then if you think you may have built up a charge.
