how much loss of performance do i loose i get if if i go intel instead of amd also what is the best 1 thousand intel build i got a rx 570 already

What kind of system do you want to make?

What do you want to do with this computer?

well what i mean is intel is alot more expensive then amd for their cpus and i hear from a friend that if i go amd ryzen ill loose 10 fps or more and i wanna build a intel system and i wanna game and stream a i7 would be ok i just wana know if its the right choice or if i should go cheaper

Well this is a very open ended question.

It depends on a lot of variables, What do you intend to be doing with your machine?

Apparently your friend needs to be a bit more explicit with is explanations and a bit more informed.

Loss of FPS is not a gauge to by unless that is all you are focused on. Performance is based on other things like for instance, some games perform better on single core, some games perform better on multi-core. Other times it is not the CPU performance that is the issue, it may be the GPU and it drivers that could the be the issue. Background applications, internet latency (if your playing online), power draw from the PSU ... etcetera.

 

Like I said there are many variables involved. 

 

List what you are expecting, the loads you plan to place on the build. What is your goal with the build?

with an rx570, a ryzen 5 2600 would be the ideal choice. it's much cheaper than intel and offers similar performance to a i5-9400f now, but will age better since it has hyperthreading and is on a platform that's easy to upgrade.

As well as the R5 2600 mentioned above you might also be able to get the R5 1600AF. Basically an R5 2600 but can sometimes be had for less money.
