No internet, please help!

Good evening all,

 

Currently in a bit of a bind. Just performed a clean install of Windows 10 on my MSI Prestige 15 Laptop (was having performance issues for unknown reasons). Now it is detecting no properly installed network adapter, and is not showing any available networks. Device does not have a Ethernet port I can use. Suggestions?
