Call of Duty Modern Warfare Connection Help

Hello, I have a problem in which my brother and I have 2 PCs with Call of Duty Modern Warfare, we each bought our own copy and have our own accounts, the problem is that whenever we try to play with each other we can get one match and then we are stuck forever looking for a second match, and then we can never play a second game. We are both connected to the router via ethernet and wifi, I have tried us both being on ethernet and one on ethernet and one on wifi it doesnt work. I am not sure how to fix this problem, I have  tried having another person as host but that still doesnt work.

Don't know if you have tried this but there is an issue with matchmaking on Modern Warfare where if a person in the party has a nat type as Strict or sometimes even Moderate it will have issues matchmaking, everything from not letting you find a match to having to cancel and restart matchmaking and or recreate the party after every game. I would check both your nat types, if they are strict or moderate, follow a guide online to get them to open.

Sometime both of use are on moderate and sometimes one is open and the other is moderate, but I have tried to open my nat type using port foward is always gives me the server disconnected error. The weird thing is that whenever one of us leave we can find a game almost instantly and its if the game doesn't like being in a party together.
