Use hwinfo the check the paggage temps and core temps.

 

Check that your cooler is in fact spinning properly.  Might be broken sensor too.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

Dw I fixed it, I overclocked and reset it to default and task manager was reporting that it wasn't overclocked anymore even though it was. Thanks
