Computer Random Reboots! NEED HELP

So I built my pc and it consists of

Rx 590

Ryzen 7 2700x

and other parts etc.

My pc sometimes randomly crashes and it’s a huge issue! Everything just goes black and then the pc acts as if it’s just booting up. The pic below is what it says in the event viewer! This is urgent as I spent all my savings on the pc and I’m 16 lol!

I would try to determine if it is a hardware or software issue. You can benchmark or run tools to check you drive and so on. isolating the issue is half the battle of getting it fixed. Booting into safe mode and running Chkdsk (check for disk issues) or portable utilities can help. Running updates, cleaning out junk with disk cleanup as admin (old windows updates etc..) can also help. Error codes are you friend in this case, if you get one on boot right it down or in any other circumstance. the error codes will help isolate the issue. If you have antivirus software use it to see if stuff is jacking up your computer, malwarebytes is good free scanning tool.

Are your drivers for your GPU up to date? Is your operating system current? Is your bios up to date for your motherboard? Is the power plan set to "high performance" for each game?

I’m everything is yes but I don’t know anything about the power plan high performance

Is the gpu brand new or second hand? 
Try running Memtest64 to check any errors on the ram. 
How’s the temps on the cpu and gpu? Does it crash when under the load?
