Music use too much internet

I usually play TF2 community server at about 45 to 70ms latency, but when I put on a music on my Browser. It turn up to 500 - 700+ms latency and even cannot connect to the TF2 server.(that means I can't play any matchs in tf2 and cannot change loadouts)

Why does the music use so much of my internet???

What is the speed of your internet? I would say (for me) it uses around 64 kilobytes per second and doesn't use that much of my downstream pipe. Also, what streaming service are you using for music? If it's without video then it shouldn't use too much, but if it's also streaming video then that could be the problem.

Try using the steam in-game browser. 
Press Shift+Tab in game to open the steam overlay and stream your music in that. 

I feel like it's Chrome taking priority over your connection but don't quote me on that lol

My download is: 20.55Mbps, my upload is: 15.09Mbps and I use Youtube for the music.

And maybe also lowering the quality of the video if they aren't directly watching it would help.

Youtube uses the same audio quality across all video resolutions  as of early 2019, turn the quality down to 144p in In-Game Steam browser for best results.

What streaming service are you using?

For reference, YouTube's audio will be around 128-160kbps, Spotify's Web Player will be 128kbps and so on and so forth.
