My CPU Temp Is From 42 in Idle I need help

Hey Guys i Got a Problm with Ryzen 5 3600 WaterCooled with masterliquid ml240L On Nzxt H510 

 this Cooler is Not Compatible with my Case thats Why i Didnt Place It on The Right Position 

i Got a problm with Temperaters Cause In IDLE it Be on 32 and Diiiirectly It Raise To 42 and back to 29-32 and back to 40-44

I dont know whats the problm but i need Any Suggestions ASAP 

Ps : The Back Fan Is On the Incorrect Position Casue It Gets The Fresh Air Inside To the  Radiator Fans  that they get it Out From the Front Of Case

Idle temps like that are okay.

It probably means there's some background process that's causing the CPU to spike up to boost clocks (4+ Ghz) and which is causing some slight warming. Nothing to worry about.

Those idle temps are fine, usually 20-40c is normal.

PC:

 

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600

GPU: MSI GTX 1070 8GB

Storage: WD Blue 1TB HDD, WD Blue 500GB SSD

CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken m22 AIO Cooler

RAM: 16GB 2666MHz HyperX Fury

Motherboard: GIGABYTE B450M DS3H

Case: Phanteks P400

PSU: EVGA 450BV

Those temps are fine.  My air cooler on my 2700x runs consistently at 72-74 under load and it's been doing that for months without a problem.

I wouldn't put much faith in those idle temps...even so, those are very acceptable temperatures.

42 is nothing.
