Stuck on DRAM qled

Builded a new gaming pc and everything worked perfectly for 4 days. When PC was idling i went to shop, when i came back i found my pc sleeping (atleast i believed it was sleeping). All fans were running, rgb working, but there was no signal to monitor and my keyboard and mice was dead aswell. I noticed that there is yellow dram light on mobo. I tried many things, i even purchased a new f*cking mobo and rams, and IM STILL WITH SAME PROBLEM... I dont know what to do next, it feels like nothing will help can someone tell me what should i do right now, because its not funny anymore..
