i just put a much faster faster hard drive in my computer and i was wondering if there is a way to transfer windows to the new hard drive without paying

You'll use the exact same key, if anything at all. Usually it's tied to your motherboard.

 

Just reinstall windows on the new drive and you'll be good to go
