Would this be bottlenecked?

Would throwing a 7750 into a system with a last gen A6 get bottlenecked much? A friend of mine wanted to get a better graphics card and since I have a 7750 lying around I could throw it in there and not have to worry about psu wattage.

My System Specs: (Short list) i7 4770k, GTX 780, many SSD's, a 2 TB HDD(deceased :( ), Corsair 650D. Full list: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/kchriz6097/saved/8dh7YJ

Upgrade Plan: Acquire some Black Noctuas then add 16 or 32GB of 2133MHz memory

No it would not

PC: Corsair C70 Arctic, FX 9370, Corsair H80i, Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3, Corsair Vengence 16gb, Palit JetStream GTX 970, OCZ Vertex 4 128gb and Western Digital Blue 1Tb + 500gb, Antec Gamer 520w

I doubt it, but at the very least it will be a good upgrade from the stock graphics.

My rig: 2600k(4.2 GHz) w/ Cooler Master hyper 212+, Gigabyte Z68-UD3H-B3, Powercolor 7870 xt(1100/1500) w/AIO mod,

8GB DDR3 1600, 120GB Kingston HyperX 3K SSD, 1TB Seagate, Antec earthwatts 430, NZXT H2

Good. Also just out of curiosity, would a 7770 take enough power to cause an issue? I also have that in "2nd guest" system which rarely gets used and obviously if it could work would be better.

If you have the PCI-e power connector available it should be fine. If not you could get an adapter, but you'll want to make sure that you have a PSU that isn't crap (i.e. not off brand). But you're most likely fine. They don't pull a huge amount of power.
