PC Problems

Reposted because it created confusion.
I used a youtube video as reference to what my pc experiences, this is not the game and this isn’t happening just within the game, the whole pc is like this. I can’t even restart or shut down my pc from window I have to do it forcefully. I reinstalled windows ddu all my drivers, updated windows everything it still happens at random times. I realised if I try to restart the pc from windows and I cancel the process this stops, have no idea why.
ryzen 7 2700x
biostar x370gt7
16bg 3000mhz
gtx 1080
cougar gx1050 w gold 80+
And I also have an error on my motherbord, I think it’s either EE or 33, from what I found on the web it’s a ram error. I tried single channel moved the sticks in every slot, but no luck and I also tried reseating the CPU.

Try running memtest on your memory.

Memtest ran without any error, every thing good, but what i'm more concernd is the other problem which creeps me out, I can't figure what causes it
