I have a ryzen 7 2700x and a gtx 1080 and planing to change the gpu for a rtx 3080

I have a Couugar GX 1050W Gold, and it makes the only fan noise in my pc, even when doing nothing, can I do soething to lower the rpm or i need to replace the entire PSU. Is a solution to change the PSU fan or the temp sensor is dead?

Memtest ran without any error, every thing good, but what i'm more concernd is the other problem which creeps me out, I can't figure what causes it

(The sound comes from the VRMs) Reposted because it created confusion. I used a youtube video as reference to what my pc experiences, this is not the game and this isn’t happening just within the game, the whole pc is like this. I can’t even restart or shut down my pc from window I have to do it forcefully. I reinstalled windows ddu all my drivers, updated windows everything it still happens at random times. I found out that this is a VRM coil noise, but sometimes it becomes inconsistent and the pc freezez for half seconds for 3-5 times audio included

I'm playng on all low 4:3, no high temps, all settings are changed and i tried with and without any settings, but know i have a new problem.

It's high pitched, it's definitely there, but what i'm trying to say is that when this sound stops my pc freezes

Not exactly scraping, like a buzzing sound

When i boot up the led on the motherboard indicates q-code 33 wich is a CPU POST-MEMORY INITIALIZATION ERROR. I tried everything reseating the cpu in the socket and reinstalling ram. There is a strange sound coming from the pc, like a high pitched scraping sound and when the sound becomes jerky my games freeze as there is no sound coming from the motherboard. Also I have the latest bios installed.

Hi, i've been having pretty low fps with on cs with a decent pc Ryzen 7 2700x 16gb 3000mhz GTX 1080 I tried EVERYTHING and I mean it, from bios update to reinstalling windows to overclocking everything in my pc. I get like 150-200 and i have a 240hz display.
