First PC build - Looking for validation/guidance

Hello Everyone,

 

I am currently planning my first PC build. The main objective is Gaming/Streaming. This is what I have come up with so far after about a month or 2 in research. I know I need a capture card, so recommendations would be great, as well any suggestions with what I have so far. I don't quite have a set budget, but I don't want to get crazy expensive. I also need recommendations on decent 144hz montiors and keyboard and mouse. Anything help!
