random freezes need help :/

hey, im having difficultys with my pc. im having problem with every task im doing, even playing a yt video. so the problem is im having random freezes and audio freezes/lags every 10-40 mins. i dont exactly know whats causing it but im pretty sure its not the windows/ram. ive ran a test on a program called latencymon and thats all ive got. let me know what tests i should do to help give more information about the problem and i will. ive been having the problem for like 4 months now and its pissing me off.heres some pictures that might help : (bios is last version btw)

amd ryzen 7 3700x
rx 5700xt nitro +

2x 1tb samsung qvo
asus prime pro x470 motherboard
2x8 3600mhz gskill ram

@Mythical2 Could this be a heat issue?

@Mythical2 Also try updating Video Card drivers and any Codecs that are used for Video and Sound.

 

I use the K-Lite Codec Pack and have done for years with no problems, u can get it from here..........

Once downloaded and installing choose to install Lots of stuff.

cpu on idle is around 40s-50s and gaming is 40-65c
gpu is maximum 74c
mobo is like 45c 

and my 2 ssds are like 40c 

dont think any of it should be an issue (also ill type my parts up so it might help

@Mythical2GPU is a little on the high side but i dont think is the cause.

 

Try what ive suggested in the matter of upgrading drivers and codecs to see if this makes any difference.

grapics drivers are latest and i reinstalled them multilple times.. just a question, what does this program do?

@Mythical2It just installs every driver\Codec u will ever need to play any type of video which includes video and sound.

also im having the lag in games and such and an audio lag during the lag.. happens in everygame, do you think it might solve it since its not a video?

@Mythical2It might do, if not what i would then suggest is disabling the onboard sound and using a 3rd party sound card.

@Mythical2 Setup looks correct but if the sound card is faulty whatever way u set it up its not gonna work,  As i said u could try disabling the sound card in the bios and using a 3rd party card instead.

@Mythical2Ive seen faulty hardware causing lag so yes it can be.
