Hello guys, so my PC was working fine for over 2 months, but last night I left my PC open to download Monster hunter World.
Unfortunately, we had a power outage.
After the outage, PC won't boot at all,(Freezing at Arsenal Gaming) the EZ led lights on my Mobo doesn't light up, and no beeps. So I did a clean reinstall of windows on my OS, everything seemed fine until I tried to install AMD Drivers
I tried to install the latest AMD driver, but my pc restarts every time I try to install it, then it won't boot up again. It freezes at Arsenal Gaming again. I can boot into safe mode, then DDU the drivers, then the PC works fine again.
I tried older drivers, no luck same issue. Every time I try to install those drivers My Pc won't boot up anymore. Tried reinstalling windows again, no dice. I used Chkdsk on my Drives and they were fine, try resetting the CMOS and updating the MOBO to the latest BIOS, no dice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Describe the power outage.  Do you have a surge protector on you computer power?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Same problem here. I have RX 470 4gb strix and i tried everything possible. Everything works without drivers and i can even play games but the moment i try to install any driver it repeats all over again. I saw this problem on so many forums but no answer yet anywhere. Maybe our cards are malfunctioning but it is strange that they work without drivers, only with generic microsoft driver. Help anyone?????
