Recently I made a custom window for my case. Here are a couple of pictures of that. It isn't nearly as reflective as shown in the pictures. It is perfectly clear

I hope you like my build. If you have any questions, ask. And feel free to tell me what you think would make it even better.

Thanks

Very clean, I like it. The custom side panel looks soooo much better than the stock one with fan grills.

That side panel looks sick! And the build is really clean as well. Nice job there.

They really are, Why would somebody even use those mounts on a windowed case, let alone any case?

I feel like every mid tower corsair case that should look so nice all have a stupid quirk that make me not want them.

1. 600t and 650d both have the stupid USB 3.0 passthrough and never got updated.

2. C70 has this stupid grill.

3. Air 540 just looks weird with the drives at the bottom and I hate seeing the back of the fans.

The only reason I feel someone would use the grill on the c70 is to put high RPM fans there to cool off the "oven" with the R9 290 in it lmao

Make it even more of a wind turbine.

Make it even more of a wind turbine.

It may sound like a Wind turbine but it doesnt have the benefit of it. A wind turbine produces energy, on the other hand the 290 sucks the outlet completely dry. haha

why fx 8120? you should have gone with vishera.

but it looks gorgeous, so performance doesn't matter.

Aesthetics of rigs matter

What kinda OC do you have on the 8120?

I actually bought the processor a while back around when vishera was coming out. This was my first build and I didn't put enough research into it to find out what would be the better option. My mistake. But honestly, I'm not missing that little bit of performance at all.

I got it to run at 4.7 GHz at around 1.44v

Honestly, when it comes down to it, no matter what you get you'll probably be happy. Thats how I always thought about it.

I think you should get crazy and push for the big ol' 5ghz.

It would've been cheaper to get a H220 if you're just cooling the CPU.  But that does look very sexy :)

True, as long as I don't find it too ugly.

I have tried once or twice but I'm not sure if I can do it. Cooling wouldn't be the problem. I didn't put much effort into it but maybe some day

I triple dog dare you. Throw that thing to 1.5v and go for it.

Yeah performance wouldn't be that far off but I wanted custom watercooling, so I had to get custom watercooling. Plus, All the things like the cpu block, pump, res, rad, fittings will last long enough for me to use them again for my other watercooled builds that I plan to do.

haha Right when I built my computer, I was accidentally running it on 1.5v on the AMD stock cooler for around 2 weeks, wasn't even overclocked, just 1.5v at stock. Whoops. It only got to around 75 degrees though.
