700$ White/Black Build?

Currently in Highschool i want to build a PC That can run Sony Vegas pro for editing my videos and has decent upload speed so i'm not waiting like 2 hours for the videos to upload, Also i want it to be able to run Destiny 2 and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, Among a few smaller games.

 

RBG is irrelevant to me but i want the case to be primarily white and a black outline, black/white RGB is fine but i'm not trying to have a lightshow in my room

Also my budget is about 800USD Not including peripherals (700 Would be better but i can go over budget a little)

 

Can someone help me make some sample builds?

That does reduce the cost but it also removes the whole fact that i'm trying to make the pc White/Black

You can swap the ram and case for a black/white one if you want.
