I think they are doing open beta for stress testing soon, but all you hav eto do is go to ea support and say that you got a used code or a xbox one code.

You don't actually need one I got mine today while I do have an xbox code I just said I was sent an xbox code instead of a PC one and they added the game to my account without needing the code

I did through here http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ (I did it because I received an Xbox code)
