Hp proliant dl370 g6 aftermarket fans

My server has fans that use connector similar to mini pcie, has anyone modded this connector or has a pin-out, the stock delta fans are crazy loud.

I think you're going to be hard-pressed finding someone here who can provide you a pin-out for something like that. Best chance would be find the manual for the server. They often provide a lot more information than get for for consumer motherboards.

 

Personally I'd grab a soldering iron and a multi-meter. De-solder the fan and start probing the pins.
