Graphics card is under performing

I have a GTX 1060 6 gb

 

it runs most games really badly for some reason and is only using about 1-5 percent when running beam NG drive I have no idea on how to fix this.

plz help

What cpu do you have and what is the cpu usage?

have you updated drivers

I have an i7 4770 non k and the usage is usually about 10% on a demanding game 

 

the drivers are all up to date

A 4770 is a 4 or 5 year old cpu so that would bottleneck your gpui would think. What is the GPU usage when running a game

Both cpu and gpu are running about 5% when running a game
