Windows Explorer Side Bar Now Showing Context.....

​Windows explorer side bar now showing context also icon preview not working.

Also sometime I get COM surrogate has stopped working.
I don't know what to do also should I just to a reinstall of windows 7 64bit? If you need more info let me know and how to get it.
