Problems with audio output.

The motherboard does not recognize the front and rear audio outputs. This started right after I added the video card (rx570), since then I've updated everything, restored the system, reinstalled drivers, updated bios, reset cmos, deleted everything and started from scratch, already removed the video card but even so problem persists. I do not know what else to do.

my pc: a320m-hd, ryzen 3 2200g, 2x4gb ram, rx 570.

Did you try a different audio output device? Maybe your headset/speakers are borked.

Perhaps un-install the HD audio driver for the video card.

Hm sometimes we miss the easy solution, I can see you already tried a bunch including new windows install, so I'm not sure where to look further either.

It is possible the onboard audio controller is no longer operating correctly.

 

Have you tired a PCI-E 1x audio card?

 

Have you tried using the HD audio from the video card? (Audio from monitor?)

Does your monitor have a audio output like a jack. HDMI cable will have sound include .   You need to disable sound output of the monitor.

 Didin't tired a PCI-E 1x audio card because I don't have money for this.

 

My monitor doesn't have speakers

Perhaps you should RMA (warranty) the motheboard.
