Upgrading Old hp Desktop

2. Aim

New Case? and GPU. Already got a new PSU if a case is necessary for upgrade.

Gaming on medium / Low settings, run things like GTA V @ 1080p ~60fps
The goal is to have a minor upgrade that will hopefully expand the amount of games I can run and increase FPS in my current games.
Just use my PC for school work, GTA, and league.

Also curious if it's possible to move the mobo into a whole new case

5. Why are you upgrading?
  Heavier games are hard to run on my GT 730

Motherboard (uATX, but dimensions are 8.1x8.7 in)
