Installing Windows 7 help

Guys I just built this new system with Asus h310 m e r2.o board. When I stick my win 7 install usb it says required CD/ DVD driver is missing ...

i already got keyboard and mouse working on the win7 set up by enabling  simulate usb key board option. There should be a setting to circumvent this error. Because I used the same stick to install windows 7 on a previous Gigabyte mother board with no problems. Both boards have 2 usb 2 and 3 ports each.
