I have no ability to access the router at my current place. I was trying to port forward for a minecraft server I wanted to host. However since I have no way to get on the router to port forward i was unable to do so. I was wondering if there is some way to port forward without having to be able to access the router login info.

Only thing I can think of is UPnP but you don't want that. Better to address the issue at hand. What are you using to login to your router? IP address? Your Default Gateway?

What is the make and model of the router? Was it provided by the ISP?

He might as well try if he doesn't own the router.

There's some VPN platforms like Hamachi that would let people connect, although they'd have to connect to that first before joining your server.

We would need more information from OP but most/all US based ISPs allow you to access the WebUI of their rental units. This may be different with other providers in other countries but I'm not convinced without more information that OP wasn't just typing the wrong IP or some other issue.

If we come up with nothing though then having a UPnP method means OP isn't totally SOL it's just better to Port Forward if the reason he can't get into his router is because of a simple mistake.

I do not know if its from the ISP but the ISP is spectrum. the model of the router is TP- Link archer c7 ac1750. When I do the normal way to log in it ask for email and password instead of user name and pass. The pic is of the screen I get to when I do the normal way of accessing the router.
