Need help choosing a psu

I'm new here so hey everyone , so i'm building a new pc and i live in a country where i don't have much of a choice about components and i'm having a hard time choosing a good budget PSU, it's a problem for me because i just had my old cpu and mobo fried by my old seasonic psu (M12ii) and i don't want that to happen again, atleast not like that lol xD. So the choice i have is:

• CX550 80PLUS BRONZE
• Riotoro 850w G2 80+ GOLD : i was nearly sure i'm getting this one until the GPU shutdown thing in the tier list, do you think i should get it anyways?
• Cooler Master MWE Bronze 650W V2
• FSP RAIDER II 550W 80+ Silver
