If you just built it, what components did you use?

When you hit the power button, do the fans spin?

ok so my pc it won't post and it gives no beep code even when i  take out all the ram the only thing it does is spin its fans

my pc's specs are a intel E4500 cpu a foxconn mother board a ALLIED 115-230V psu and a sea gate 500 gb hdd
