So i'm currently building my first PC!! :P  But, of course i have some build questions. So heres my build link:

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2TcEZ

So I was in BestBuy the other day (Of course the best place to get PC components) and i stubled across a GTX 770, I was originally gonna go with a 780 or a 780 TI but i decieded that I would save some $$$ and get that. Probably not the best idea at the time but what ever. I figured that I would eventually get a second one and SLI them. I also picked up a H100i CPU cooler while i was there which was a pretty good deal and I originally wanted it. Since it was my first build I never really noticed the Microcenter down the street from my house  . So they are selling the 4770K really cheap. Im going to try to buy most of my things from there and the rest online. But I didnt just come here to tell you how I bought my two parts :P .

I wanna kow if anybody has these and they liked or hate them, and I also want to know if you hate these parts in any way. also where i can save money.

but the main reason im here is just one question, could a 750W hold 2-way SLI with 770's or should i upgrade and to what? thx

Dont SLI unless you need to,  SLI can cause allot of problems.  I would advise just going for a 780ti, and year a 750watt should be able to handle it, but it also depends on how good it is.

750w should be fine with two GTX 770s. I have a GTX 770 myself, and it is quite nice.

Off topic - My local Bestbuy has hardly anything useful to me. Only phones, tablets, laptops, consoles, TV's, stereos, stuff like that.

I'd get a cheaper motherboard. Also if it's gaming only you can save another $80 by going with a 4670k.

Maybe throw the money you saved into a bigger SSD.

750W is fine for twin GTX 770. I would suggest a better power supply, perhaps SeaSonic G-750 750W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply.

You might also consider a less expensive motherboard. Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 Motherboard. As https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cbXiMJh3ZZA shows fitting an H100i in a Define R4 with the Formula motherboard is very tight. It would also be tight with the Hero but the Hero has a little bit more space at the top of the board.

Get a bigger SSD.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
