Hey everyone, so this is my last place hoping to solve this.

All of a sudden whenever I boot my pc (even when I restart), it stutters for like good 10-20 mins. I've checked for malware and drivers and BIOS, and everything looks fine and updated. I even tried to just reconnect RAM and GPU but nothing changed.

Everything was working fine before so I don't know why the sudden change or what is causing this. The task manager doesn't show anything abnormal in terms of usage.

And I can understand the stutter by seeing my live wallpaper that it doesn't move in a smooth patter. It's as if it's on 5 FPS or something. Also when music is playing there is a lot of times that it buzzes and lags to play.

Please any solutions?
