Computer isn't displaying anything to output screen.

When i turn on the PC it starts booting up all the fans are working, you can hear the hard drive struggling to work, but could that be the problem. The PC is 10+ years old so there might be some age problems, but i just don't know where to start, or just to bring it to someone and pay for the fix.

A ten year old had drive is an old hard drive. I’m liking @RageTester’s suggestion.  An SSD would be a great update for an older system btw.  Makes things go faster for very little effort or money.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.
