For just driving a display? Whatever your HDMI port supports, which depends on what revision it is. Running games? Good luck. 1080p60 at low is doubtful in many cases

What hdmi standard?

What does the laptop spec say?

Most laptops have optimus so the hdmi port is connected to the igpu, not the mx150.

HDMI 2.0

the Laptop has just HDMI port (just one)
