Doubt you will get any help until you say what the problem is. What do you need help with? Taking a guess, your not happy with the graphics of the machine and want to upgrade. Yes you can put in a graphic card, and yes you may need to upgrade your PSU. But no one can help you with that until more information is given. What would you like to do with the machine that you can't do now? What sort of budget? That sort of thing.

I have all this parts, im gaming with my pc im looking for balanc with this procesor and graphic card. Maybe put rx 580 8gb but then do i need to change psu?

As a good preventive measure , it is recommended to get a good psu . A 550 watt or even a 500 watt would be decent . As for the graphics card , it depends upon your budget . Does your monitor supports either of G-Sync or Free-sync ? If so , it might be help it choosing your graphics card.
