ROG case is... slightly tacky imo. I’d go with the Corsair, a little bit more of a cleaner look.

I built a customers PC with the 500d RGB, it was nice, easy to build in and looks snappy, but not something I'd get for myself or something I could justify the $250 to $300ish price tag. I personally don't see the point in spending over $150 on a chassis especially when there are so many good chassis at that price and below, especially when building a computer and you could put that extra money into a better GPU or CPU. The Rog Strix is kinda meh, if you're going for the cleaner look and just want something nice I'd say go for the Corsair.

Main Desktop: CPU - i9-14900k | Mobo - Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX | GPU - PNY Gaming OC RTX 5080 16GB RAM - Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 64GB 6400mhz | AIO - Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360mm | PSU - Corsair RM1000X | Case - Hyte Y40 - White | Storage - Samsung 980 Pro 1TB Nvme /  Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus 4TB Nvme / Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB Nvme / Samsung 870 EVO 4TB SSD / Samsung 870 QVO 2TB SSD/ Samsung 860 EVO 500GB SSD|

TV Streaming PC: Intel Nuc CPU - i7 13th Gen | RAM - 16GB DDR4 3200mhz | Storage - Crucial P3 Plus 1TB Nvme |

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra - Black 256GB |

I have the 500D SE and absolutely love it. Only thing is u have to be smart about cable management on the back because once you remove some bags for the commander pro and fan hub you really don’t have much space lol. Mine actually needs rebuilding.

I took out all 3 of my ssd bays and 1 out of 2 hdd bags for a commander pro and fan hub lol. If your good with cable management anything can be done but I couldn’t figure out how to get the front fans attached to the same fan hub as the back fans so had to replace an entire hdd bay and the cable was too short from that to the commandermpro on the right bays so had to remove the 3rd pls bay and couldn’t add the right one back because of a different wire or something lol.. mine needs to be rebuilt XD
