i have a new gpu (1660 ti) old (1050 ti)

if I buy a motherboard whith 2 pci slots can i run duo gpu

Often due to drivers you will get worse performance and many issues,

SLI, which is what you would be trying to do with 2 Nvidia gpus, is only possible if they both have the same chip.  Your GPUs don't have the same chip.

Also, these days there aren't many games that use SLI.

Not to mention neither of those GPUS support SLI to begin with, although there is that one tool that allows it to work. But nothing official
