The thermaltake is the worst one so you should get the Corsair, even if just to have their great warranty services.

Hey guys! Yesterday my PSU died and I need a new one. Sadly because of budget/time/country limitations this are my only options:

-Thermaltake SMART White 600W - 80 Plus

-CoolerMaster MWE White Full Range 650W - 80 Plus

EDIT: They now offered me this:

-CORSAIR 550W CV550 80+ BRONCE

My PC:

i5 4590

R9 290

8GB RAM

1 SSD

1 HDD

I won't overclock or anything like that.

What should I pick?

Thanks a lot!

Both are rated rather low, nut MWE seems to be a bit higher rated... [edited]

Both are rated Tier D  - maybe wait for better finances to buy a "real" PSU?

I'm aware that this are not the best in de market, but there are literally no other options in the market where I live. They only have this two and I need to put my PC back to work ASAP.

I misread the simple tier list.

Mastercooler seems to be a bit better.

not great options. can you go down to 500W or 550w but maybe a better quality unit?

I was about to buy an EVGA today but they went out of stock this morning. Talking about hard luck!

Sadly this are my only options in the market

No options for a cooler master masterwatt V2?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Nope. The only other option they offered me is:

CORSAIR 550W CV550 80+ BRONCE

But I don't think 550W is enough

go with this, much better. 550w is enough, you're not powering a tesla

They just offered me this:

CORSAIR 550W CV550 80+ BRONCE

Is it any good? Would it be enough for my CPU/GPU combo?

You can run your rig off a 450 watt PSU, if the cx450m is available you should consider that.

From what little we know, the CV isn't really much better than the VS, which is basically the same ballpark as the masterwatt.

Thanks, should I pick the less expensive one then?
