Low gpu usage in Far cry 4

Hello. My gpu usage in Far cry 4 is very low and so is my fps. I have the same problem in Gta V. It´s pretty odd because I get above 90% gpu usage in most of the games. You can ask more about my specs and stuff. My Far cry 4 graphics were medium.

My specs:

Msi rtx 2070

Ryzen r7 2700 

Ram Dual channel 2x8 2400mhz

Motherboard B450 aurous elite

Um... That's dropping your framerates by about 15% by using very slow RAM. (Ryzen 2nd Gen is heavily affected by RAM speeds) Ideal is 3200-3600, and it's really inexpensive right now to get good RAM.
